This has less to do with specific war strategy and more to do with general clan management so I am posting it here. Clan should be invite only during war time to keep spies out. I like it invite only at other times to keep down the traffic with clan hoppers. Best way to recruit is to make invites on global after checking out a candidate's profile. Do they donate? Are they active? The only thing better is live recruiting of individuals you know.
